Patrick brings more than 15 years experience in insights and innovation. He’s at his best helping companies understand and succeed in new markets and categories by working in the intersection of strategy, design, and customer empathy. Driven to uncover unmet needs, and develop creative and disruptive solutions, Patrick has substantial experience creating engaging experiences, disruptive products, and driving revenue growth. Prior to joining Great West Life, Patrick held a number of positions related to innovation and market intelligence, including Director at D2L (Edtech), Head of Insights at Idea Couture (Innovation Consultancy), and Senior Manager at Sapient Nitro (Marketing Agency).
Patrick holds a B.Comm from Mcmaster University, an MBA from the University of Liverpool, and several certificates related to market research and innovation.
